Groupe Tidan, a Montreal-based real estate and hospitality group, is seeking an HRIS Specialist – UKG to join in office at Marriott Château Champlain. You will become the internal expert for UKG Pro, WFM, and Onboarding, driving configuration, automation, and data integrity to support Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Finance teams.

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will develop reports and dashboards, optimize workflows, and advise on UKG features while promoting adoption across 1,400+
