- Deliver personal development and pre-employment learning modules
- Research and create new learning materials for group sessions
- Develop Individual Employment Service Plans (IESP) for participants




- Document participant progress and complete necessary reports
- Collaborate with the Case Management Team for effective communication Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Social Services, Psychology, or related fields
- Proven conflict resolution and boundary-setting skills
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Knowledge of community resources as an asset
