- Perform routine maintenance and log readings as per CMMS
- Complete work orders and deficiency reports promptly
- Assemble and install HVAC and refrigeration components
- Troubleshoot and overhaul HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Start up and shut down major building equipment seasonally Requirements:
- Valid 313A refrigeration certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as HVAC Technician
- Valid G1 Certification and ODP Certificate
- Knowledge of BAS systems and electronic controls
