- Manage claims for key clients across various coverage lines
- Provide strategic advice on complex claims and limitations
- Develop protocols to enhance claims handling processes




- Coordinate with third-party service providers
- Build relationships with claims leaders at Canadian insurers Requirements:
- RIBO License required; commitment to additional licensing
- Over 10 years of brokerage experience, ideally as a Senior Client Manager
- Familiarity with Commercial P&C; claims
- Experience with Cyber, Management Lines, and E&O; claims helpful
