You'll collaborate with teams, mentor junior designers, and drive continuous improvement in our engineering standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from concept to production phases
- Design and release hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Conduct FEA and other analytical tests
- Maintain project documentation and databases
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in engineering technology
- 8+ years of mechanical design experience
- Intermediate/advanced SolidWorks proficiency
- Knowledge of GD&T; and manufacturing processes
