Lantic is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for the Montreal refinery, reporting to the Health and Safety Manager. You will help uphold the safety culture by verifying and improving the health and safety program in collaboration with the team.

You will identify workplace risks, support management in implementing the OHS strategy, and coordinate training, audits, and safety initiatives across the site. A CSP is an asset and union experience is valued.
