You'll be the friendly face and steady hand behind our receivables — balancing cash, processing payments, and helping customers navigate credit and billing questions with patience and confidence. If numbers are your comfort zone and great customer service comes naturally to you, we'd love to meet you.Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesReceive and apply customer payments by mail, in office, online and by EFT for our Sault Ste. Marie and Elliot Lake locationsBalance tills, count daily cash deposits, and complete daily bank reconciliations in BisTrackProcess customer credit applications and liaise with credit agencies and our Controller on account approvalsReview overdue accounts, make friendly-but-firm collection calls, and help customers get back on trackPrepare month-end statements, HST remittances, and other required recordsPartner with our sales team to sort out pricing, credit and account set-up questionsKeep customer account information accurate,
