Our flagship establishment in Ahuntsic hosts around one hundred tasting events with food and wine pairings each year. The candidate sought will be responsible for:
- Supervising the tasting aspect of food and wine pairings for the Cavistes group
- Possessing and developing advanced knowledge in sommellerie and analytical tasting
- Supervising, training, and mentoring cooks and part of the sommellerie team
- Managing and participating in food purchases
- Preparing, cutting, packaging, and cooking food
As well as all other related tasks connected to tasting workshops.
