The Finance Administrator responsibilities would include:

• Preparing and customizing accurate invoices and accruals for each account and client within assigned deadlines.


• Application of client payments and monitoring, follow-up on outstanding AR.


• Creating new project, client, and vendor records in project management software, following established guidelines and maintaining these records.


• Accounts payable support as needed.


• Preparing, verifying, and closing purchase orders as needed.


• Maintaining historical records by filing documents, maintaining an orderly system.


• Providing clerical support including preparing reports and performing other administrative duties.






• Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive information.


• Communicating with clients or vendors effectively and professionally.


• Demonstrating high attention to detail, strong analytic and problem-solving skills, and ability to multi task.
