Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale its RevOps practice. This senior, client-facing role combines people leadership with deep technical expertise across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot. You will partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to lead a team of RevOps Strategists, oversee complex engagements, and stay hands-on in client environments, guiding architecture, audits, and implementations when needed.
