AM Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00a-3:30p ($19.50 per hour)

Carter's inc. Canada, a growing national retailer of children's apparel, requires Seasonal, Full-Time Associates,eComm, for our Distribution Centrelocatedin Cambridge, Ontario.Contract Term: Nov to Jan 2027.

This role typicallyreports intotheEcommSupervisorand is based in our Canada DC in our on-site work environment.

60%: DC Operation and Execution

- Housekeeping,safetyand warehouse compliance in area of processing

- Accurate order picking and packing

- Responsible for inventory management including clean up andreplenishment

- Labeling cartons with the correct shipping and content labels

- Responsible for quantity and quality picked into any outboundcartons

- Sorting shipping/content labels and matching to the correct outboundcarton

- Maintaining effective and quality picking activity

- Managing packing exceptions including shortages

- Shipping customer orders within defined SLA

- Using Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners

- Meeting employee productivity and inventory accuracy targets

- Maintaining minimum performance standards while performing required job functions





- Knowing,understandingand following all Standard Operating Procedures

- Working safely and abiding by all of Carter’s safety rules and procedures

40 %: Essential job functions

- Responsible for housekeeping, Health & Safety of the department.

- Perform other tasks as assigned.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must Have:

- Use mechanized equipment as needed

- Skilled at multi-tasking and able to react quickly to frequent priority shifts

- Detail oriented and the ability tomaintainfocus in a high activity processing setting

- Able to work closely with others (teamwork)

Preferred skills and experience:

- At least one year experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment

- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications

- Knowledge of hand (RF) scanners and experience using WMOS

PHYSICAL AND WORK DEMANDS:

- Repetitively lift cases weighing up to 50lbs

- Work in a multi-channel, multi-shift distribution environment, flexible to work different shifts and extended hours based upon business needs

- Stand and work forlong periodsincluding daily overtime, holidays and overtime asrequired

- Intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion isrequired, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward

- Work in varying temperatures
