Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. In this entry-level role, you will support the accounting department by performing essential bookkeeping and data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with various accounting functions. Responsibilities

- Enter financial data accurately into accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions and credit card statements.
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
- Organize accounting documents and assist with year-end working papers.
- Maintain accurate client records and supporting documentation.




- Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience with Quickbooks, and willingness to learn other accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and account analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
