This role requires solid communication skills and meticulous attention to detail while you support estimation functions and manage job-related communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain job records and purchase orders
- Assist with Bluebeam Revu markups for scope requirements
- Review construction drawings to determine project costs
- Prepare material quantity calculations and estimates
- Manage project-related communications and follow-ups Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in Construction Estimating preferred
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
