We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and friendly Keyholder / Cannabis Sales Associate to join our Fort Street team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable both working independently and supporting a team.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
- Open and close the store as required, following established procedures.
- Support and guide team members throughout their shifts.
- Assist Floor Managers and Store Managers with daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees and customers.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Receive, organize, stock, and process inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable retail environment.
- Respond professionally to customer questions and resolve routine concerns.




- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficient store operations and achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Valid Selling It Right certification.
- At least one year of supervisory, keyholder, or management experience preferred.
- Two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Full-time availability, including flexibility for retail scheduling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable making decisions and resolving routine issues.
- Ability to lift approximately 10 lbs and remain standing for extended periods during a shift.
- Previous cannabis retail experience is an asset, but not required.

Compensation

Starting wage: $21.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

With 45 minutes of paid breaks during an eight-hour shift, $21.00/hour is equivalent to approximately $23.17/hour at a workplace providing the same break time unpaid.
