Duties

- Thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as washing vegetables, peeling ingredients, and organizing supplies.
- Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and ensuring all work areas are tidy and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen floors, counters, and dining areas to promote a safe environment.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently to maintain a hygienic workspace.




- Support hospitality staff during service hours by clearing tables and assisting with basic food service tasks when needed.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and food safety standards is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for working effectively within a team.
- Experience in food handling or kitchen operations is a plus; hotel or food service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
