Responsibilities will include media screening, bioreactor operation, data recording, and addressing any issues in real-time. You will contribute significantly to agricultural research while ensuring smooth laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform media screening for microbial fermentation
- Operate bioreactors and monitor bioprocess equipment
- Support R&D; and routine production batches
- Conduct microbial analysis and maintain QC logs
- Execute plant-microbe efficacy experiments as needed Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline
- Hands-on laboratory experience preferred
- Knowledge of BSL-1/BSL-2 practices
