The Role

As a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk, you will manage commercial real estate files from start to finish, including purchases, sales, mortgages, refinancing, and lending transactions. You’ll coordinate with lenders, prepare and review documentation, conduct searches, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless and efficient closings.
