Aecon Civil is seeking an Estimating Lead to drive the preparation of organized estimates, budgets, and schedules for major civil bids. You will manage bid development, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure accurate, competitive submissions using the Hard Dollar platform.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will mentor staff, lead risk assessment efforts, and supervise procurement and bonding activities to support timely bid submissions across Canada and the U.S.
