Are you an experienced PSW who takes pride in building connections with clients and delivering care with compassion and confidence? At Home Instead, we’re seeking reliable overnight Personal Support Workers to join our trusted team in Peterborough and Lindsay, Ontario.

- Earn $20.00–$22.00/hour
- Paid mileage and travel time for eligible shifts.

What You'll Be Doing on Overnight Shifts

- Assisting with evening hygiene and bedtime routines.
- Providing overnight supervision, responding to needs as they arise.
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and toileting during the night.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a restful environment.
- Offering companionship and reassurance if clients wake during the night.
- Documenting observations and reporting concerns to the care team.

What We’re Looking For

- PSW certificate.
- Access to a reliable transportation.
- Experience in overnight or complex care preferred.
- Confidence supporting clients with dementia, cognitive decline, or limited mobility.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable—especially in independent settings.
