Your expertise will support our dressing production and grinding departments effectively. In this key role, you will organize the pre-weighing process and lead the training of the Pre-Weighing Clerk.

Your responsibilities will include verifying ingredient accuracy, managing inventory records in SAGE, and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards. Effective communication with production teams will be essential for timely ingredient availability. Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and oversee ingredient pre-weighing activities
- Train and supervise the Pre-Weighing Clerk
- Verify Pre-Weighing accuracy and compliance
- Manage mustard seed inventories and silo replenishment
- Ensure compliance with FIFO inventory management Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in food or pharmaceutical production
- WHMIS and GMP training certifications
- Forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAGE
- Solid knowledge of quality assurance standards Utilize your skills in quality control and inventory management to excel in the Ingredients Lead role.
