- Advise the Chief Human Resources Officer on negotiations and labour relations
- Serve as lead spokesperson during contract negotiations




- Develop negotiation strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Draft and edit collective bargaining proposals and agreements
- Monitor workload and goals for collective bargaining activities Requirements:
- Degree in Labour Relations or related field
- Ten years of experience in human resources, including five in a lead role
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven expertise in costing collective agreements
