Performance Infiniti Brampton is looking for a Leasing Manager to join their dynamic team!

Here's what you'll deliver:

- Advise customers of lease options.




- Answer customer leasing inquiries over the phone and/or in the dealership on a daily basis.
- Complete paperwork for payouts and financing for customer buyouts.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Maintain contact with customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner.
- Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.
- Be thoroughly familiar with all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment. Participate in any and all product training available.
- Establish and enforce product-knowledge standards.
- Set appointments and resell leases that are coming to an end.
- Actively support, encourage, and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale.
- Comply with strict regulations and requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years automotive retail experience.
- OMVIC Certification required.
- Dealer CRM system experience is required.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in G-suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding verbal and written
