This Associate Legal

Counsel role encompasses strategic legal advice and organizational compliance in a hybrid work environment. As part of SE Health’s agile legal team, you will report directly to the SVP, Chief Legal, Privacy and Compliance Officer.

Your role includes providing expert legal advice on various agreements, managing litigation, and advising on complex privacy regulations. You will impact SE Health’s strategic initiatives within the health sector and collaborate closely with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely legal advice on policies and plans
- Draft and review commercial agreements and corporate documents
- Manage litigation processes and collaborate with external counsel
- Identify and mitigate organizational legal risks
- Advise on complex privacy legislation Requirements:
- LLB/JD and licensed to practice in Ontario
- 5+ years of legal experience in-house or law firm
- Previous health sector experience preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
