Position Overview

- Run electrical service calls: troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and light industrial buildings.
- Diagnose electrical issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and modify existing installations on renovation and retrofit projects.
- Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment - Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established commercial accounts - Deliver professional,



high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation.

- Journeyperson Electrician certificate preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in commercial/industrial electrical service - Willingness to learn and work on HVAC equipment - no prior HVAC experience needed, we train you.
- Robust knowledge of local regulations and industry standards - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
