This full-time position offers significant responsibilities, including overseeing project budgets, schedules, and procurement. You will manage projects from contract award through to successful completion, mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage mechanical construction projects from award to completion • Oversee budgets, schedules,
and project profitability • Prepare project schedules and financial projections • Negotiate change orders and manage contract revisions • Guide and mentor project managers and site teams
Requirements: • Over 10 years of mechanical construction experience • Minimum 5 years in project management roles • Solid knowledge in plumbing and HVAC systems • Proven ability to lead multi-million dollar projects • Valid Ontario driver's license and travel willingness
