In this role, you will function as a vital link between patients and their meal services. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, taking menu orders, and ensuring meal accuracy through software systems. Collaborating closely with medical staff and the Food & Nutrition team will be key to ensuring patient nutrition and satisfaction.

• Handle patient calls and menu order queries

• Uphold safety, privacy,
and sanitation standards

Requirements:
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Knowledge of dietary needs and food service preferred
• Fluency in English; bilingual a plus
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable with technology usage for orders
