Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CSAE 3416 and financial statement audit programs
• Lead development of control matrices and narratives




• Oversee quality assurance testing and communication
• Conduct risk assessments with actionable recommendations
• Mentor and develop finance associates
Requirements:
• 5+ years in audit and internal controls
• CPA or CIA designation
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and SOX controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven people management experience
