Burberry is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Delta, BC flagship location. You will set an excellent standard for the store, inspire the team, and own the employee and customer experiences to drive brand loyalty.
You will coach on the shop floor, maintain luxury Visual Merchandising standards, and lead recruitment, development, and succession planning to build a high-performing team aligned with the Brand. A passion for fashion and luxury, plus robust stakeholder collaboration, are essential.
