- Maintain and operate electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and address mechanical issues




- Manage logs and certification records for safety equipment
- Organize work of interior cleaning and building service providers
- Coordinate purchase orders and maintain electronic diagrams Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in building maintenance

- Valid Firemen's Certificate and Health & Safety credentials
