I'm currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for the evening shift for a growing food manufacturing company. You will play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities and supporting production operations throughout your shift.
Mission Your Role : Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
- Prioritize work according to production requirements
- Lead, coach and support the maintenance team
- Monitor breakdowns, downtime and maintenance activities
- Coordinate work with production and other departments
- Ensure the availability of parts and technical resources
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and food safety standards
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Support the follow-up of non-conformities
- Investigate recurring breakdowns and contribute to corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Ensure effective communication between teams.
Working Conditions : Permanent, full-time position Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Dental, disability, extended health and life insurance

- Your profile Your Profile : DEC in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics or equivalent experience; 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
- Food manufacturing experience is an asset
- Strong French and functional English
- Class C electrical license is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- CMMS experience is an asset
- Strong leadership, autonomy and decision-making skills.
