You will play a key role in managing annual budgets, strategic growth plans, and assessing performance through insightful recommendations. Your analytical skills will be vital in translating financial data into meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and facilitate monthly management and financial KPI reports
- Collaborate with accounting to enhance ERP data capture
- Support annual budget and strategic growth plan development
- Drive SGA cost savings and reporting initiatives
- Mentor junior staff members as required Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum five years of finance experience
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
