The Maintenance Supervisor & Chief Engineer position requires a commitment to effective asset management and personnel oversight within a diverse technical setting. You'll oversee a team of engineers and tradesmen while driving compliance and operational efficiency for HVAC and refrigeration systems. As a key leader, you will also implement improvements to maintenance programs and workflows for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise multi-discipline tradesmen and operating engineers
• Ensure prompt and efficient operation of HVAC and medical gas systems




• Manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Lead the Performance Management Process for team members
• Develop SOPs to enhance daily maintenance operations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Power Engineering or related field
• 2nd Class Engineer certificate or higher
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a union environment
• Proficiency with Building Automation and CMMS
• Strong technical communication skills, both verbal and written
