- Conduct health assessments and provide nursing consultations
- Develop and monitor healthcare supports and interventions
- Advocate for healthcare access and address barriers
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation
- Provide health education and training programs Requirements:
- RN with current registration at CNO
- Experience with developmental disabilities or dual diagnoses
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
