WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Excelled communication skills by phone, email and in-person
- Customer service oriented
- Capable experience with active listening
- Ability to work in a fluid, dynamic team in an workplace where priorities shift and can be directed by customers
- Number oriented, with good attention to detail
- High level of accuracy while working under specific deadlines
- Proven organizational, planning and multitasking skills
- Previous experience working with a centralized billing system preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Checking warranty coverage on customer vehicles and check for open recalls
- Maintain records for auditing purposes
- Answer inbound calls and schedule customer appointments
- Discusses details of requested service with customers (i.e. what is involved, length of time required)
- Communicate with customers regarding upcoming appointments




- Informs customers of expected wait times
- Communicate upcoming appointments and schedules to service team
- Schedules first service appointment for newly sold vehicles
- Other duties as required
