You will contribute to product design, process improvements, lean initiatives and troubleshooting production challenges, with projects typically moving from concept to implementation in 2–6 weeks.
This role offers hands-on experience across design, production, supply chain, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Purchasing, Production, and Sales to deliver value to customers.
