Material Handler

- Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hour, depending on experience
- Contract Length: 12 Months
- Location: Onsite | Calgary, AB T2P 0G4

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. Theyre expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Job Overview

Responsible for safe and effective movement, storage, receipt, and shipment of materials within the warehouse and production areas

Key Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work instructions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (23 kg) regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Working Conditions

- Warehouse and manufacturing environment, M-Fr, 7am to 3pm (possible alternate shift of 10am-6pm)
- Exposure to moving equipment, machinery, and varying temperatures
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required to meet operational needs
