Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and oversee portfolio-wide energy management initiatives • Conduct energy audits and building performance assessments • Manage relationships with consultants and technology partners • Lead capital project management for energy efficiency • Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting and energy regulations

Requirements: • A degree in engineering or related field • 7+ years in energy management or building performance • Experience with energy audits and GRESB assessments • Robust technical knowledge of HVAC and building automation • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
