As a Clinical Supervisor at ParaMed, you will oversee a team of Personal Support Workers and Home Support Workers to ensure compliance with legislative standards and company policies. Your leadership will involve resolving community staff and patient concerns, conducting regular huddles, and fostering clinical documentation excellence. You will initiate patient safety investigations, engage collaboratively with patients, and support your team through education and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise PSWs and HSWs for quality care




• Address patient and staff concerns effectively

Requirements:
• Current RPN registration in Ontario
• Minimum 5 years of RPN experience
• Strong health assessment skills required
