Affirm is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our remote Canada team. You will be the frontline partner for merchant customers, triaging technical issues and collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Engineering to deliver rapid, correct solutions.
Fluent in French and English, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 2+ years in tech/ecommerce/SaaS. You’ll manage multiple inquiries, build scalable processes, and help guide product direction.
