The Mobile Maintenance

Supervisor will manage the maintenance of all mobile equipment and light vehicles while reporting directly to the Superintendent. Ideal candidates will possess solid leadership capabilities, a Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification, and a solid background in mining or heavy industrial settings. You will foster a culture of safety and teamwork while prioritizing workload and maintaining high performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor Mobile Maintenance staff
- Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities




- Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations
- Monitor equipment performance and address reliability issues
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reporting Requirements:
- Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues
