Lead the Mountain Crew at North Vancouver's premier attraction as a Mountain Crew Supervisor for Winter 26/27. Ensure safety and exceptional service across various winter operations and attractions. As a key member of the Mountain Operations team, you'll support Duty Managers and oversee the Mountain Crew and Winter Attractions teams.

We're looking for someone with functional knowledge in winter operations who enjoys working outdoors and can maintain high service standards in challenging weather conditions. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain Winter Mountain Crew operations
- Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Ensure log sheets and checks for each attraction
- Train, coach, and oversee Mountain Crew staff
- Cover breaks for Mountain Crew staff as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in winter operations
- Solid customer service skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Class 5 license preferred Elevate customer experiences in winter operations and lead the Mountain Crew to success.
