- Support continuous development of a strong independent operator network
- Coach operators on sales fundamentals and business-management routines
- Review field notes to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor service compliance and translate findings into actionable coaching
- Collaborate on route engineering initiatives and customer complaint handling Requirements:
- Post-secondary education and related experience preferred
- 1-3 years' sales experience in CPG or DSD
- Proven ability in sales management and business growth
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
