Key Responsibilities:



• Develop sophisticated financing strategies for diverse real estate investments • Structure and negotiate debt with various capital providers • Lead comprehensive underwriting and financial analysis • Manage all aspects of financing transactions from start to finish • Oversee existing debt portfolio, including refinancing and restructuring

Requirements: • 5+ years in commercial real estate finance • Proven track record in negotiating financing terms • Strong knowledge of various CRE debt structures • Fluent in English and French • Experience in rapid-paced, entrepreneurial environments
