This is a hands-on position supporting our welding andfabrication operations with an opportunity to develop your skills and grow intoa Welder and/or Welder-Fitter role. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learnfrom experienced tradespeople, gain hands-on experience and develop the skills neededto advance into a Welder and/or Welder-Fitter position. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Wage: $45,000 – $55,000per year Overtime: Paid in accordancewith Ontario Employment Standards Act Additional Benefits: Boot allowance provided Prescription safety glasses allowance GRSP / DPSP program Employee discounts (tools and community programs) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare, move and organisematerials for fabrication and production Assist Welder-Fitters with dailyshop activities Perform general shophousekeeping,
