Key Duties

- Perform academic research under the supervision of Dr. Deanna Smid, who is writing a book on the history of beekeeping in Manitoba.
- Monitor and document research status and findings.
- Assist with duties related to the production of articles, publications, reports and presentations.
- Assist in the acquisition of research materials and supplies, which will include making trips to various archives. Perform routine clerical and administrative duties to support research activities.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned.

Qualifications/Experience

- Must have an interest in historical, literary research; Must have strong organizational skills;




- Preference will be given to a Brandon University student studying English literature, Creative writing, History, or Geography.
