As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of hard floors, carpets, and common areas. This is an essential role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team. Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and wash all floor surfaces
• Strip, wax, and steam clean carpets upon request
• Clean windows, sills, and interior glass daily
• Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and restock supplies
• Monitor and report maintenance issues to supervisors
Requirements:
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Own transportation required for job duties
• Detail-oriented with high energy and endurance
• Competence in using cleaning tools and equipment
• Successful completion of Criminal Background Check
