Join our dynamic hotel team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of financial and administrative records. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence during the overnight shift.

Duties

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and security within the hotel premises
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and update accounting records accurately
- Maintain front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and guest requests efficiently




- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility concerns promptly

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is highly preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a strong advantage for communicating with diverse guests
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting principles for night audits
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in record keeping and reporting

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
