Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, providing information or transferring as needed.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy of billing and reservations.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting patrols of common areas,



and controlling access to the property.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review.
- Support guest services by providing local information, arranging transportation, and assisting with special requests.

Experience

- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and guest service standards.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive interactions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working during night shifts in a hospitality setting is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
