- Build excellent relationships with tenants and maintain clear communication
- Conduct building inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards
- Address tenant issues quickly and document inquiries for the Property Manager
- Perform light maintenance tasks and coordinate larger issues
- Supervise tenant move-in and move-out processes Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Resident or Building Manager role
- Proficient in basic computer skills; Yardi knowledge preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
