Responsibilities

- Calibrate, configure, load materials, and operate machinery according to safety standards
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to catch defects early
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean machinery, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Maintain production logs, recording daily metrics, defect counts, and equipment performance
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and PPE requirements

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency with standard manufacturing machinery, manual hand tools, and measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges)
- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a punctual, reliable work ethic
- Ability to read blueprints or work order instructions is an asset
